Agreement These Terms of Service govern your access to appasih.com, an AI image gallery and premium prompt library. By using the site, creating an account, copying prompts, posting comments, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and maintain access to your email address. We may require email verification before allowing comments or other interactive features.

We may suspend or ban accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass premium protections, spam, attack the site, violate laws, or violate these Terms.

Subscriptions And Premium Access Some content is available only to active subscribers or when an admin makes a premium section public. Subscriber access is based on subscription entitlement, payment status, plan status, expiry, cancellation, and provider webhook records.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or another configured payment provider. Billing terms, taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes may also be governed by the payment provider. Do not share subscriber-only prompts, full premium image paths, or other restricted content outside your authorized use.

AI Images And Prompts The site provides AI-generated image examples, basic prompts, optional negative prompts, usage notes, metadata, and premium prompt sections. AI output can be unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing prompts and generated outputs before commercial, editorial, legal, medical, political, or other sensitive use.

Unless a separate license says otherwise, access to a prompt does not guarantee exclusive rights, trademark clearance, model releases, copyright ownership, or suitability for any particular purpose.

External Marketplace Links Posts may include external purchase links, such as Freepik or other marketplaces. External sites are not controlled by appasih.com. Their pricing, licensing, availability, refunds, and terms are their responsibility. Review marketplace terms before purchasing or using an asset.

Acceptable Use You must not use the service to break the law, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, harass others, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape aggressively, bypass rate limits, exploit subscriptions, probe private storage paths, attack webhooks, submit spam, or interfere with site operation.

You must not use comments, reports, profile fields, URLs, or uploads to submit malicious scripts, phishing content, illegal content, or deceptive material.

User Content You retain responsibility for comments and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant appasih.com a non-exclusive right to host, display, moderate, and process that content for operating the service. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates risk.

Intellectual Property The appasih.com name, interface, organization, curated content, and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not copy, mirror, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission.

Availability We aim to keep the service reliable, but shared hosting, third-party providers, maintenance, security events, or technical issues may interrupt access. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that prompts, images, metadata, external links, subscription features, or advertising integrations will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your intended use.

Limitation Of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, appasih.com and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Termination You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse premium access.
